Caring for patients, whānau and staff across Aotearoa's hospitals
We're always stronger together.
That's why Hospital Chaplaincy Aotearoa works in partnership with healthcare providers and churches to care for patients, whānau and staff no matter who they are, what they believe, or where they come from.
Hospital Chaplaincy Awareness Week
7-11 September 2026
For 2026, Hospital Chaplaincy Awareness Week is all about making the spiritual and pastoral care provided by hospital chaplains more visible to the people who need it.
One of the ways we are doing this is by hearing from people like you. We would love to hear about your personal connections to our mission, and to learn about your experiences with hospital chaplains.
How YOU Can Make a Difference
Help in the Tough Times
We all need help sometimes to make the tough times in life a little easier.
Whether it's a family with a critically ill child, a terminally ill patient, someone struggling with mental health issues or a stressed healthcare worker, it's always easier to get through the tough times with the support of others.
Be part of the team that supports them by giving a gift today.
